I have an embedded Word Document in a form, which is retrieved and opened when an action button is clicked.

This works fine on my Windows XP and Windows NT machine.

However, I have one user running Windows XP that gets the following errors:

1. "Error (213): Microsoft Word: This command is not available because no document is open."
2. "Error (213): Microsoft Word: The requested member of the collection does not exist."

Both of there errors happen on the same line of code where I am attempting to copy over the Notes fields values into the Word fields values.

I had the user reboot, still didn't work.

Is there some setting I am missing?

I'm stuck on this one...
